Script to generate datatype_edam.tsv that map Galaxy's datatype class name to EDAM format.

great, adding EDAM ontology term is definitely a step I am trying to work on. Galaxy format1 is not so rich in the format data but I will try to parse this info from the json and convert to EDAM.
