PDF designer #130

Our current PDF designer doesn't work with Firefox, and Nitro Pro gives a warning when we open it.

What we want to do is create a pdf schema that interfaces with a C library (probably this one) and creates PDFs from object tables.

We use wkhtmltopdf now.
