Edits to "Join the team" menu and pages #415

@jonny-wg2 - would you be kind and do the following?

  1. Rename top menu button from "Join the team 🎉" to "Careers" and change the link to https://jobs.cisco.com
  2. Remove (or archive) the page https://www.wgtwo.com/careers/
  3. Remove (or archive) the page: https://www.wgtwo.com/jobs/
  4. Rename footer menu button from "Careers - Hiring" to "Careers" and change the link to https://jobs.cisco.com

Would the /jp pages be updated automatically with the same edits or do you need to do that manually?
