Some shortcuts on OS X don't work #13

When using the Workman layout, some shortcuts, like ctrl-k to delete text from the cursor to the end of the line, don't work anymore. I noticed that in the Safari address bar for example.

Check out schredder/workman@c9091ff829. I added an additional Mac layout: a variant of the standard with the control-based shortcuts.

Thanks a lot @schredder ! I adopted the same changes to the Workman Extended layout, which I use, here: https://github.com/fschulze/workman/tree/ctrl

For some reason I can't use the new -Ctrl layouts in password prompts for the keychain and other places. The layout is always switched to one from apple. When I use the current deekayen/master, it works. Any ideas?

I normally run as a non-admin user, and when I get OS auth prompts or type in Keychain Access fields, I noticed the layout switches to my regional default, U.S. QWERTY. I couldn't explain why, but it happened even before I modified Workman.

Let me know if this isn't what you meant. I'll keep playing with it and see if I can come up with anything.

For me it works in password prompts if I install the bundle to "/Library/Keyboard Layouts/", but only the original bundle. Our modified version doesn't work. I can't get it to work at all in the login screen, see #12.

I see I'm using 10.9.1, and my custom layout works in password prompts now that I've moved the layout to "/Library/Keyboard Layouts", but I haven't found a solution to it not showing up in the login window.
