Fix/1082 not in sync with status in_progress #1088

fixes #1082

Ignoring status changes for in_progress, and for the any other status continues to sync with Github automatically

This sync for status needs improvements, a better way to handle both status on Github and Gitpay, and this will be improved in another issue
