read me updated with slack link and linux instructions #919

Description

Updated readme file and added Linux instructions.

Changes

  1. Slack channel link updated.
  2. Added important notes regarding the need to use Node v12 and use npm install on backend and frontend folders (I think it can be useful for newbies like me).
  3. Added Linux - Ubuntu instructions to install Postgres.
