Change default value for printerLib config #95

To fix some issues with spool listings:

Change the default value of the printerLib config to *LIBL: https://github.com/WorksOfBarry/ILEditor/blob/75320af485f7f9ed4e63c9084b44272e74dec39f/ILEditor/Classes/Config.cs#L75
Change the default value of the printerObj config to the users name when the configuration is created: https://github.com/WorksOfBarry/ILEditor/blob/75320af485f7f9ed4e63c9084b44272e74dec39f/ILEditor/Classes/Config.cs#L76
