Issues which are specific to the organization template.

[ ] capitalization inconsistencies
[ ] Leadership as 1:n instead of 1:1 relationship or have an organization as leadership.
[ ] The organization does not display a relationship with a formation when that formation is used by the organization.

In the "type" section, there are a few capitalization inconsistencies. As a general rule, everything seems capitalized except for the following:

There is the issue, if you have a council, how do you name them each in the leadership of the organization.
