Sidebar Render Issues #9

The "Parents" section of the Sidebar is coded differently from the "Children," "Spouses," and "Siblings" section (perhaps because it was the very first of these developed?).

Because it's not wrapped in a "character-relationships" div like the other section, "Parents" is hard to target with CSS. It's just a dt for the title ("Parents") and a section-title and section-payload div for each parent.

This means that it's impossible to put a margin on the bottom or top of that section without targeting all of the other section-payloads and/or section-titles in the Sidebar (Date of Birth and Hair Color or Eye Color, for instance).
