Resuse font SIZE as much as possible #23

in particular, use the same font size for :

ticks in x and y axis in the scatter plots
labels of x and y axis in the scatter plots (keeping them bold is fine)
title of selectable maps
tooltip in the selected map
desccription of inputs in the middle panel

I think from this list only the ticks and labels are not currently using the same font size as the rest.
