What I Changed

Add Lambda deployment on AWS of API using CDK
Change packaging structure of API for deployment
Update path references for tests and CI
Extract deployment and application settings

How to Test it

Check out the deployed docs: space2stats.ds.io/docs!
Run through the example notebook with the space2stats.ds.io base url
Run the unit tests: python -m pytest

Other Notes

Closes #12 with the 120 seconds Lambda timeout setting
