Add aggregation example #59

What I Changed

Add aggregation example for an entire region of interest. Not a final version but a draft to start some discussions.

How I Implemented It

Using the same AOI (Kenya) demonstrate how a user could retrieve the mean and sum for the entire region in 2 lines of code.

How to test it

Run through the notebook.

@bpstewar @andresfchamorro; please provide any additional details on user requirements for aggregation. I'm still determining what assumptions we can make about users interested in aggregation.
