URL is case-sensitive #1

Not sure if this matters but you HAVE to type the capital letters exactly to resolve the URL.

for the page -- https://worldbank.github.com/DIME-MSIE-Workshop loads but https://worldbank.github.com/dime-msie-workshop will not

I found that it is not possible to make the URLs case in-sensitive.

I think it is fine though. Most people will click a link to get there, and when the page has been visited a couple of times it will be saved in URL bar memory
