New charts #19

Added addtional charts in the explanations section. Did not touch the text much, and the section still needs a lot of edits.

This looks great @tonyfujs. In figure 3.9, can the four subplots have a common horizontal scale (min/max)? The bars should definitely be the same length in the top and bottom panels. And it's not clear that the WBG set is substantially smaller than the total indicator set.
