Changes to coverage analysis #24

Summary of suggested changes to the coverage analysis section:

  1. Need to revise 2.1 since we removed the 1980s and 1990s from the study period
  2. Section 2.2 may now be irrelevant with the shorter study period
  3. For each remaining section, add a list of the indicators tagged to that section
  4. Make sure that the list of indicators in the current section 2.5 matches the "no gaps" list in the following page
