I noticed in the database that "Ease of Doing Business" (IC.BUS.EASE.XQ) is only available for 2019. That makes it effectively ignored when we limited the analysis and data loader to 2000-2018.
Looking at the WDI Archives, it turns out that IC.BUS.EASE.XQ is not managed as a time series indicator. With each new update at the end of the year, a new year is added and previous years removed so that only one year is available at a time.
Accordingly, I suggest we simply recode the year from 2019 to 2018 for this variable so it is analyzed properly
