Wrong Table labels in LaTex #36

Tables are titled "Figure #: [Title]" in the LaTeX compiler. Strangely, they are correct in HTML.

The List of Tables and List of Figures in the front matter of the PDF are also wrong - possibly related.

@randrescastaneda it looks like you didn't have this problem when you generated the previous PDF. I wonder if it's OS-specific or related to my environment. Would you mind building the PDF locally and seeing if you get the same issue?

@randrescastaneda never mind. when I revert to your latest commit then the table references come out correctly in the PDF. So I must have broke something with my changes.
