This issue is for migrating and adding Trusted Publisher Management.

It seems that GOSTnets is already published on PyPI. @bpstewar @andresfchamorro Whose account is publishing GOST's packages? I've submitted a request for an organization for the World Bank that would enable us to manage all packages.

The package is being published successfully on (GitHub) releases. See also: https://pypi.org/project/GOSTnets/.
