Review the following:

[ ] Use iegitaddmd to create a placeholder so that we have folders, and not folder paths, being displayed in the Library folder
[ ] This type of message should not be visible. Double check notebooks where they show up.
[ ] Data cleaning should only be included when relevant for the graph (e.g. changing the structure of the data set so it fits the expected format of the graph command)
