missing map shapes #17

some polygons are missing in the shiny app, and this may have to do with missing (-99) values in the ISO_A3 code column used the draw the shapes.

missing values seem to be back-tradable to coffee-tidy.R where wwbi is merged with wwbi_geo

actually, this is because there are only 132 countries/economies in wwbi
