error in graph title displaying

It seems that when you click on a place, only sometimes does the title in the graph properly generate. Also, if you do this while the map toggle is up, the upward opening collapsable menu hides the graph and the title.

Consider:

• moving the title to a separate panel (really, removing the ggplot title and create a dynamic render text() )
• creating a wellPanel / Absolute Panel above the map that does not interfere with the map, is fixed, and displays basic information and text.

so even in this example https://shiny.rstudio.com/gallery/covid19-tracker.html, the authors manage to make a convincing 'splash page' without the need for explanatory text. There is an about tab, which we should make. The main ideas we should consider, I think, include:

• making the hoiverpanel smaller, including graphs, etc. If the graph looks too large/nice, the user may get frustrated at not being able to download that. Where in fact the downloadable maps are intended to be generated in other tabs.
• including some information via text in this panel, moving all settings to the dropdown menu or potentially some small, non-intrusive bar on the top above the map.
