The question is should we keep all by-region best-fit lines or just have an overall best-fit line? If we have by-region best-fit lines, what style should they be drawn in?

I honestly don't have strong opinions but I agree with the consensus that version 2.2 is the best visually if we decide to have region lines

don't need by-region best fit lines, overall only
create this one-line-only graph and break out by: region (already made), income bracket, and lending categories
