DIME Encryption and data security standards #364

This PR includes additions that align the book with the research standards that we have created. Nothing that was already written in the book was incorrect, but these edits made what we say in the book much more exact, and include links to the wiki page where the concepts are discussed in more detail.

While the sentiment behind any of the recommendations are not changed, I had to update the text quite a bit, so it would be good if anyone could review this PR before it is merged.

This solved issue #326, #258, and #343
