Main chapters are done here. @kbjarkefur I cut a subsection of Ch4 on security that I thought was redundant in the book, and rewrote another subsection, in aebed605ac9abe234db12eaf28a460926cbd5962 which you should review.

I didn't do the appendix (although I was about to) since @mariaruth opened a branch for that. Can discuss on the call

In the section about handling data securely in chapter 4, we link to the dime-standards at multiple points. Can we remove those links and then in the end of this handling data securely have a sections that says : "For more details see pillar 4 in the dime standards, where we also have step-by-step guides to the software we mention here, and other things..."
