Add PDFs to document that are not made in TeX #557

First commit adds front and back cover. This branch should be used to add other materials such as boxes that are build outside of LaTeX.

This does seem to affect pagination (the cover is Page 1 in this version and numbering proceeds from there) so let's make sure to check that it is how we want it before publishing!

@bbdaniels , this is something only related to the the .tex files that we are no longer using, right?
