Chapter 1 - Missing Abbreviation #565

There is a missing acronym in the list of abbreviations for '3ie' on page 20 of the handbook, the fourth line from the bottom. The abbreviation '3ie' does not appear in the list of abbreviations listed at the beginning of the book on page 6 of the PDF document.
