Quick fixes #585

This fixes a broken link and two sitwched code snippets on the style guide. @kbjarkefur , when I render it locally, the box headers are numbered. I assume this is coming from some CSS that is ignored in the repo?

CSS only changes appearance and is unlikely to be the reason why text appear or not. I think this had to do with rmarkdown or bookdown. The solution was to add {-} after section headers to suppress title numbering. That is how it is supposed to have been done in the first place, so the real question is why the numbering had not appeared earlier?

I found cases across the book where this was the case, but I have now gone through an updated each occurrence to {-} in the end of the title line as the documentation suggests.
