Thank you so much for all your comments on this - I've updated it now, and added timelines for outputs.

Re: the Google sheet, we use it for internal coordination and setting up pairs/tracking submission and receipt of packages - do you think it still makes sense to mention?

I've also added a point on the summary session we discussed - thought it would be useful to incorporate formally into the process going forward. It's Point 7 in the "How it works" section.
