Integrates the hashdata functionality developed for #124. Also includes the bugfixes since nothing works till that is done.

Hi @bbdaniels,

I am still getting the error related to scalars not found (issue #116).

Now, I also noticed that both the an Excel and a Stata codebook files are exported with the variables I would need, and a byte variable called obs, and labelled (sum) obs, at the end of the datasets.

This perhaps helps you understand what's going on!

Not for final review — it's not ready for this release as the functionality is greatly expanded vs what's in the SJ manuscript. But I would love your comments and review on the functionality in the near future, I was thinking I could get this done around the same time as iecorrect and we can send them a small update article?
