iecodebook: option `match` doesn't work with more than 3 rounds #132

Problem seems to be coming from line 322, end the error message is "variable nameEndline does not uniquely identify observations in the master data". Making the match m:1 seems to do the trick.

Needed a little more sorting to keep things stable with that type of merge but otherwise 👍🏼
