@kbjarkefur I have tried to fix the issue #171 in commit 44be46a, but I am unsure if that's the best way to go about it. Please review.

I made one suggestion and made one edit. Always run the file iefieldkit\run\ietestform.do before a review. That file should always run without error. I found the " " error by running that file. Otherwise really good! Thanks!
