Stata commands designed for Impact Evaluations field work. These are tools that are used during/after a survey in the field for data quality monitoring.
This looks good and I have tested it as much as I knew how to. @bbdaniels , feel free to merge it.
My only comment is that iecodebook export has a lot of functionalities and the workflow for it is not super clear to me. I think it could be its own command, which would simplify the help files. Or at least we should have a detailed vignette explaining the multiple functionalities of the command plus how and when to use them. For example, it was not clear that the options trim and save need to be used in tandem to create the trimmed data set
