Update years for two indicators from UNICEF #4

Dear Aleksander,

I am wondering if you could make changes to the years for the following indicators. When we have a survey conducted in two consecutive years, I would like to ask you to take a latter year. For example, when we have a DHS 2015-16, please take 2016 for the year. For other indicators, we should follow this rule, but I don't find this issue so far.

1. Exclusive breastfeeding (% of children under 6 months) SH.STA.BFED.ZS WHO: https://sdmx.data.unicef.org/ws/public/sdmxapi/rest/data/CD2030,CDCOV,1.0/A26...?format=sdmx-compact-2.1

2.Infant and young child feeding practices, all 3 IYCF (% children ages 6-23 months) SH.STA.IYCF.ZS WHO: https://sdmx.data.unicef.org/ws/public/sdmxapi/rest/data/UNICEF,NUTRITION,1.0/.NT_CF_MAD......?format=sdmx-compact-2.1

Hi Haruna,

Yes. I can implement that. If I understand the issue correctly the year should always be the max value of the year in the data source regardless of the value in the TIME_PERIOD (year) column. Does this only apply to WHO indicators, or to all data sources? If it is a general rule than I think it would be best to implement it as such.

Dear Aleksander,

Yes, this rule applies to the WDI team (at least to Emi and me - Some team might use a different rule).

I would like to correct the data source for the two indicators. They're from UNICEF. I'm sorry.

Hi Haruna,

This issue should now be solved in the latest version of the package. I'll only made changes to the UNICEF indicators, so let me know if you see this issue for other sources as well.
