Change the name of "betterbar" ado to avoid confusions with the betterbar Stata command #11

This line: https://github.com/worldbank/stata-visual-library/blob/95a22a3c17699651e915d5b37b71791ef1bf8461/Library/bar-better-ci.html#L12 contains a reference to an ado named "betterbar", which is subsequently used in this example. It would be useful to change the name of this ado file to something different to avoid confusion with the betterbar Stata command, especially because it is also used in other examples of this library.
