Mobility Data Sample Sizes

For our new urban space usage index project, please find below a list of the subset of cities where there is both a World Bank urban climate resilience project /and/ a record of a recent natural disaster. The next step is to identify the 2-3 cities from this list that have the most robust sample sizes (and ones with smaller sizes but may still be worth pursuing for other reasons).

Could you prepare a table that shows:

• Country
• City
• Urban Population
• Event Type
• Event Dates
• Outlogic Sample Size for Event Year (Average Monthly/Daily Active Users)
• Veraset Sample Size for Event Year (Average Monthly/Daily Active Users)

• Heatwave:

  • Serbia; Nis; 40.0 C (4.9C under the previous record); 07/23/2022; Serbia counted 574 deaths due to the summer heatwave.
  • Croatia; Zagreb, Osijek, Karlovac, Slavonski Brod, Knin, Valopovo; 07/21/2022 --> 07/24/2022; 352 deaths counted during the summer due to the heat
  • Bosnia and Herzegovina; Sarajevo; July 2023 (07/12/2023 -> 07/25/2023); new temperature record; affected people not specified;

• Earthquake:

  • Türkiye; Gaziantep, Sanliurfa, Diyarbakir, Adana, Adiyaman, Osmaniye, Hatay, Kilis, Elazig, - Malatya; 7.8 Richter scale; 50,000 deaths; 9,100,000 affected people; 02/06/2023
  • Croatia; Sisak, Petrinja, Glina, Hrvatska Kostajnica, Zagreb County, Karlovac County; 6.4 Richter; 12/29/2020; 8 deaths; 150,000 affected people

• Wildfire:

I only need the avg users of Outlogic and Veraset to finish, and since I don't have access to the OneDrive nor SageMaker I'm not able to generate this time series. If you can make a very simple csv with that it will help a lot.

Please follow the instructions to access AWS SageMaker. What error are you seeing? Have you raised an issue here or with ITS?

@g4brielvs I know how to access the SageMaker, but as I told you on October 25th my access has been revoked because of my "tasks reassignment".
