Closes WID-726

Creates App dashboard page
Had to refactor verification status modal and banner to make it more independent to use on a several pages
~App dashboard is fully serverside, except verification banner and chart.~
- Had to move it back to client component. Because we need to refetch status banner data dynamically.

Also noting that there is a gradient underneath the lines that looks like it's missing in the video. If it's too hard we can deprioritize to prio teams page
