Page UI

Adds Team dashboard page
Fetches apps
Fetches members list + invites list to render table.
Possible to delete user.
Possible to send invite
Possible to resend invite
Possible to cancel invite
Possible to edit role

Had to update hasura membership table delete permissions for the user role. Result:

It's possible to remove member with OWNER role
It's impossible to remove member as MEMBER or ADMIN.
Remove button is hidden for members and admins, enabled it just for demo
