Auth0 account delete #652

Deletes legacy /api/auth/ handlers we are completely not using
Adds delete-account handler
Adds delete-account handler as auth0 endpoint
Updates delete account submit function to also invoke /api/auth/delete-team
Fixes error text
Fixes leave team width
