[Feat] App store data public endpoints #664

Implementing according to this spec https://www.notion.so/worldcoin/App-Endpoints-Specs-f32e1173d6ff43438561ee514cf3b2b3?pvs=4.

  1. Added basic functionality tests
  2. Added hasura permissions to service role for the public endpoint
  3. Created a new table for app rankings by country
