This PR introduces new Mini App form fields and corresponding Hasura changes:

Support email
Supported languages
Supported countries

Changes:

New component for multiple select created: SelectMultiple
MiniApp form updated
app_metadata table new fields + permissions
public endpoints updated to return new data
