We should follow rest api format. Moving app-profile to be hasura since that reflects it's resource more clearly. Will move all hasura custom action endpoints to /api/hasura/{action} https://www.notion.so/worldcoin/REST-API-Convention-6fbaa547b65840fe92028cea12e14f59?pvs=4
