Change package name

Point 6 of the package naming guidelines says

Packages that wrap external libraries or programs should be named after those libraries or programs

It might be confusing to name our package Vensim.jl. Vensim2MTK.jl is probably a better name.

This requires some renaming:

• Vensim2MTK.jl -> functions.jl (or another name),
• Vensim.jl -> Vensim2MTK.jl. The repository itself should be renamed (together with the name used in the LICENSE and Project.toml files).
