Display previously logged into servers, with saved credentials #1

Added the saved user, if any to the server browser to allow someone to distinguish what servers they have saved credentials for. As per the blueprint:

I have updated so that it's just a *\ token instead of the username and adjusted the layout accordingly. I haven't had a change to test it from work ( issues around display exporting ). Once I do I'll re-issue the pull.
