Unable to save changes to custom block

Describe the bug Unable to save changes to custom blocks. Results in Internal Server Error.

Here are the changes I was trying to make

• Remove "Whether your organization can contribute an in-kind service or a financial donation, your support will make a huge difference."
• Update h3 from "Support World IA Day" to "Volunteer"

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Structure > Block layout > Custom block library
2. Click to edit '[Home] Support World IA Day'
3. Make edits.
4. See error

Expected behavior Expected that the block would update and user would be returned to main 'Custom block library' page with feedback "Block updated"

Never mind. I've created a new custom code block and was able to work around this.
