Add contact form and page

OMG 😱, we don't have a contact page. There's no way for people to get in touch. Such bad form...

Page requirements

Form requirements

• Embed form from Tally.so
• Name (optional)
• Email address (optional)
• Message (required)
• Include link to privacy policy --- think privacy-first! Explain why we're collecting information and how that information will be used.

There's a Drupal contact form enabled by default. Wasn't able to disabled it, so created a URL redirect from /contact to /contact-us
