install process on alicelab PC (pacman) #12

documenting this as i'll likely need to repeat the process on the other lab machine...

following npm install, encountered error:

e:\github\node-gles3\src\node-realsense.cpp(12): fatal error C1083: Cannot open include file: 'librealsense2/rs.hpp': No such file or directory [E:\GitHub\node-gles3\build\realsense.vcxproj]

now attempting to build opencv
