LBY - Removes duplicate code #24

Removes duplicate ConnectionManager
Makes NetworkManager a plain class, so it can be instantiated
Adds a new instance of NetworkManager for Game and CWGame
ConnectionManager is now injected into NetworkManager
Host and Port are now injected into ConnectionManager

We reviewed the changes in person with @rujoota @rupalkhilari and @anuagg. The server for cards of the wild is not up to date, which is why this changes might not seem to work for some people.
