Name recordings consistently #3

Right now there are 4 recordings and everyone has a different naming scheme.

NixOS Office Hours, 2019-09-20
2019-08-30 NixOS Office Hours #4
NixOS Office Hours 2019/08/16
NixOS Office Hours 2019-08-02

That leads to problems when sorting downloaded videofiles in a file browser.

I think the date is probably not that important in the name since youtube has it in the video medatata. So i suggest just to number them like:

NixOS Office Hours #1

A useful feature would be to have the main topics in the title also like NixOS weekly have:

To make it perfect, add the links mentioned in the stream into the video description.

I actually like having them dated. So how about always being

NixOS Office Hours YY-MM-DD

I'm pretty sure Youtube description are indexable, and considered when searching on youtube right?

ah, yes. only https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=siR3pvmxFlU has no links...

You could share a pad at the start of the stream, so you can collaboratively collect links. I like to use https://hackmd.io/ (amazing usability, open source). There is also https://cryptpad.fr/ (similar, but with zero-knowledge backend).

You could create a description template and use it every time, like:

Find more informations about this format at https://github.com/worldofpeace/events/tree/master/office-hours

Find links to mentioned ressources below:
- ...
- ...
- ...

So the first 2 lines are visible by default (first 100 characters) and the links when clicking "SHOW MORE".

A shorter URL for the information might be nice. Maybe have it in the wiki?
