Update eosjs #52

Eosjs v22 is now out, we can at least update to eosjs v21.x? v21.x switches to the elliptic cryptography library, adds WebAuthn Support, and contains other security fixes

@porkchop Would you consider accepting the PR to update EOSJS, or is there anything I can change?

thanks @khg I will certianly merge this after I do a bit of internal QA. Appreciated
