need fast focus and alignment mode #1

Implement a utility for live focus/alignment, for example sbig-focus, which makes tradeoffs for image cycle time at the expense of image quality.

no darks
offer partial frame and hi, med, low resolution binning modes
use START_SKIP_VDD flag in start exposure (sec 4.2.3 in udrv guide)
display focus figure of merit such as value of brightest pixel
stream images in simple format like PGM to some external display tool
